Measurements :You can adjust to your liking by adding more or less tulle. It is based on Personal Preference. Some people like them less full. Lighter shades of tulle you may want to use more.
0-6 months- 7yds double layer of tulle- length 12" (6" tutu)- waist 14.5"
9-12 months- 8 yds double layer of tulle- length 14" (7' tutu)- waist 17"
18m-2t - 9 yds double layer of tulle- length 16" (8" tutu)- waist 18"
3t-4t- 10 yds double layer of tulle- length 18"(9"tutu)- waist 19"
5-7- 11-12 yds double layer of tulle- length 22" (11" tutu) waist 20"
8-10- 13 yds double layer of tulle- length 26" (13" tutu) waist 22"
Biggers sizes- based off from these measurements you can estimate what you would need. I increase 1 yd per size in tulle. You may want to measure the person you are making it for to get waist measurements and length. Waist measurement is for unstretched elastic
